The Grapevine stands on the corner and breaks out some of the best in the history of Doo-Wop, a handful of the classic R & B vocalists and a couple of the true pioneers of rock n' roll...Little Richard and Chuck Berry. We also are sure to honor the big, beautiful memory of Etta James who certainly had a hold on many of us.

The Grapevine paves the road with some street sounds from the early 1970's and then reads a little chapter & verse from the Book of Love. Our special guest in the K-Dirt studio was none other than Leslie Hughes, a regular Grapevine listener from all the way up in Canada!

A real time look at the contemporary scene as viewed through the mind of a true American original...and one of the best slide guitar players to ever grace the planet. But there is a whole lot more than slide guitar here folks...excellent melodies, rhythm and words...and a good place to hang your hat!
